CITY OF HOLLYWOOD EMERGENCY ORDER 2020-06
REQUIRED PUBLIC USE OF FACIAL COVERINGS
The order states that all persons outside their homes are required to wear a facial covering consistent with current CDC guidelines that cover the nose and mouth, including individuals within the common areas of all buildings with multiple residences and at their place of employment unless exempted by Emergency Orders issued by the Governor of the State of Florida or Broward County. Important Information for Planning Your Stay
All Reservations require a first night deposit. We recommend travel insurance to protect your travel product.
13% sales tax will be added to all reservations.
Upon check-in all guest are charged a $250.00 security deposit.
Room rates are based on stated maximum occupancy.
No pets are allowed.
Non-registered guests are welcomed at the hotel but may not use any hotel facilities with the exception of the Tiki Bar.
All rooms are NON-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside. Fees will apply for smoking inside the rooms.
Rooms must be kept in clean orderly condition. Fees will apply for damages, missing items or rooms left in unsanitary condition.
Daily housekeeping is complimentary and offered during the stay.
Additional Parking is subject to availability. Please reserve your space in advance. Parking fee is $23/night.
The Caribbean Resort & Suites is not responsible for damages, theft, parking tickets or towing fees.
Parking pass will be provided upon check-in.

Minimum Check In Age is 21 Years Old. A valid credit card and state issued identification is required at check in.
All Reservations are considered Reservation Request, not a Guaranteed Reservations, Prices or Room type availability are not guaranteed until the deposit of one night is charged.
To receive a full refund of your deposit, your cancellation or any changes to your reservation must be received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Early departures are non-refundable. In case of a no-show, the entire cost of the stay is non-refundable.
No shows are not eligible for refund of deposit and will be charged the total amount due for the entire reservation.
